Ever heard of umami? A bit of a weird taste sensation. I am not gonna explain it, you have to taste it. My mushrooms have this umami taste by nature, you will be suprised!
Some find it a pepper and nut combination. Fine by me. I like the fact that everyone experiences my mushrooms different. One thing everyone agrees on, I 'm told to have a good taste.... Thanks! I dress my products tightly in their packs. Stripes are my trademark.
