KAILAN

Kailan is one of the Chinese vegetables that is related to broccoli and bimi. The taste is also similar to that of broccoli, only slitghtly sweeter. Everything from this stump can be eaten, the stem and the leaf. Wash and cut them. You can blanch it first , or stir-fry it immediately.Delicious with oyster sauce , black bean sauce or a wok sauce.
