Our Thai eggplant has an elongated, cylindrical shape to a small, spherical one, averaging 2-3 centimetres in diameter. The outer skin is smooth and shiny and varies from dark green, light green, to white. The vivid green shades begin at the stem of the fruit and then fade to creamy white in a striped pattern.
