KING OYSTER (ERYNGII) MUSHROOMS
Inspired by the Korean food culture

Our King Oyster mushroom is more than just a tasty treat.
It is a versatile, firm mushroom with a pretty, velvety top. Everything about our Eryngii is edible. Grill or fry it with a little salt & pepper and discover its unique umami flavour!

Besides importing we also grow this king of mushrooms ourselves, using the innovative Japanese bottle technology.

In our indoor growing facility we use revolutionary intelligent technology to optimally control conditions year-round to create the perfect growing condition. With 1600 solar panels the Kosovo Eryngii farm is the biggest most 'green' farm ever. By keeping raw material, seed, incubation and cultivation under one roof and using only organic raw materials with no added nutrients, we guarantee an organically certified final product.

By producing smartly and responsibly, we create the greatest possible positive impact at origin.

We use traditional Japanese seed to ensure the umami taste of our Shiitake.

By controlling the production from seed to finished product in our farm, we create more room for growth and full transparency & traceability from compost to final production.
