Garlic Solo - 蒜
The Garlic Solo. A 7,000-year-old, cultivated surprise (when temperatures did not drop low enough, the garlicplant did not form small cloves, but a single larger clove.) Easy peeling away the papery white skin with purple veins the 25 mm silky-soft, white onion-like garlic solo emerges.
After roasting it from approx. 45 minutes its firm texture slowly melts away into a smooth, velvety, almost buttery cream. A single ‘garlic solo’ does the job of a whole regular garlic bulb, whit a less overpowering taste and without the bitter afterbite.
