I like exotic, a little spicy. Good looking too.
Fresh.. yes of course! If you throw my Mangetout, Sugar snaps and Haricots verts together in a saoto soup, the roof will come off. That's what they call a flavor explosion.
I like garlic and lemongrass too, I actually put it into every dish. At weekends I go for spicy. Then I pull the Rawit pepper from the shelf.
