These are our high-protein meat substitutes. Don't just eat them when you want to grow muscles, because you can vary them endlessly, in cold and hot dishes. They are also low in calories. We have the silky ones and the firmer version. With soy sauce or Teriyaki sauce, very tasty. If you are more experienced, try kimchi curry!
