TONG * KWA

Tong Kwa

Tong kwa, also known as wax squash or winter melon, is a type of melon but is also often placed in the line of courgette and cucumber. The Tong kwa is 'huge' and is therefore sold in the supermarket in easy-to-handle slices. Tong kwa slices keep for one to two weeks in the fridge, so eat it within a few days of purchase.
