SHIMEJI WHITE

This is our white beech mushroom. Also called Shimeji. We have it in white and brown. It grows on beech trees, therefore the name. Buy the Shimeji with his base, so it stays fresh longer. It is nice and firm and has a nutty flavour. Everything about it is delicious, just cut the bottom off before cooking or stir-frying.
