King Oyster

The King Oyster mushroom. We call him Eryngii. It's big, the biggest to be precise. The top gray-brown. Soft and easy feels velvet. The stem is white. Fleshy and solid. We grow them ourself, in bottles only for the best taste and structure. Everything about him is tasty. We specially like its slightly spicy taste. Bake it, grill it. Try them for the best umami flavor.
