Ready for a sweet and fruity dessert?
Check out our colourful M. Pitahaya paradise.
Peel 1 Red M. Pitahaya and cut it in small cubes.
Grab a small pan and add the Red M. Pitahaya cubes, 100gr of sugar and boil it for 10 minutes until it becomes a jam.
Grab 2 sheets of puff pastry and cut them in triangles. With the other 2 sheets cut stripe to create te borders for the triangles.
Set the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place the puff pastry triangles and put them in the oven for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes take the puff pastry triangles out of the oven (leave the oven on). Fill the middle of the triangles with the Red M. Pitahaya Jam and put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
When the time as passed and our Red M. Pitahaya puff pastries are golden brown, they are ready to be served.
Serve it with the icecream and some slices of fresh Red M. Pitahaya and you have the perfect dessert!
