Meet our Mousseron, also known as meadow mushroom. A beautiful edible wild mushroom. The Mousseron is an humble mushroom with a white stem and a brownish-yellow cap. It has a lot of flavour and aroma. This mushroom needs a short preparation. Particularly suitable for stewing in sauces, ragouts or risotto.
You can also dry it for an even more intense aroma.
