Production / Repack

You manage the repackaging department on a daily basis, assign tasks, and ensure that schedules are met. You work on the production floor yourself, pitching in where needed, while keeping an eye on quality, output, and safety.

You:

• Manage production staff on a daily basis
• Assign tasks and monitor output
• Focus on productivity, efficiency, and quality (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with IFS, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Take immediate action in case of deviations or disruptions
• Identify and implement process improvements
• You will hold employees accountable for their performance and ensure that agreements are honored.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a manager who:

• Has experience in a managing role within production or logistics
• Has experience with hands-on management
• Is accustomed to managing based on KPIs and results
• Is decisive and has strong communication skills
• Has an MBO+ level of education and thinking
• Has a good command of Dutch and/or English
• Has experience in the fruit & vegetable or food industry (preferred)
• You live in The Netherlands

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is firmly grounded and takes responsibility.
