Teamlead
Production / Repack

(38 hours | Mon–Fri)
Location: Maasdijk (South Holland NL)

We are looking for a team leader for our repackaging department who will make a real difference. You will ensure that operations run smoothly, keep a tight rein on scheduling, quality and pace, and know exactly where adjustments are needed.

You’ll be at the heart of the process, seeing what’s going on and keeping the team on their toes.

You’ll be joining a department that’s rapidly evolving,
where your approach and insight will make all the difference.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the team on the shop floor
  • Organising and allocating work, and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Monitoring quality, output and pace
  • Stepping in to resolve problems or disruptions
  • Guiding the team and ensuring everyone knows what is expected of them
  • Identifying and implementing improvements

What is important to us?

  • You have experience in managing people
  • You are confident and take responsibility
  • You maintain an overview and are able to cope with pressure
  • You communicate clearly and interact easily with various colleagues
  • You have a practical approach and think in terms of solutions
  • Experience with fresh produce is a strong advantage
