Financial Administration Assistant (Fulltime)

As a financial administration assistant, you’ll work together with your colleagues to keep the day-to-day financial administration running smoothly. You’ll work on both the accounts receivable and accounts payable sides. You’ll maintain an overview, consult with colleagues and help ensure that the day-to-day administration runs smoothly.

What will you be doing?

• Checking, processing and booking purchase invoices.
• Processing bank transactions and preparing payments.
• Keeping track of outstanding items and resolving discrepancies.
• Answering questions about invoices and payments.
• Supporting colleagues with other day-to-day financial tasks.

What do you bring to the role?

You have experience with both accounts receivable and accounts payable and work with precision. You can work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team. You maintain a clear overview and communicate clearly.

You have a good command of English. English is widely spoken at Mitrofresh, so it is important that you can communicate with colleagues in English. Your English does not need to be perfect.
