Trim the top of the coconut with a sharp knife.
Crack the top of the coconut and open it.
Save the water for the margarita.
With a spoon scrape the coconut flesh out of the coconut.
Cut the coconut flesh in small squares.
Cut the avocado, green onions and the chilli peppers and mix it together with the coconut.
For the dressing, in a blender, add the coconut milk, green chilli pepper, lime juice, soy sauce, thay Basil, salt, pepper and sugar.
Add the dressing to the mix of coconut flesh and mix it all together.
For the coconut margarita, mix together the coconut water, lime juice, sugar, salt and tequila (serve it in my M. Young coconut).
