Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.

And slice 1 red onion.

Spread the tomato passata and the sliced red onions throught the baguette halfs.

Pan grill the M. Portobello mushrooms 3 minutes each side and set aside.

Slice the grilled M. Portobello mushrooms.

Spread the M. Portobello slices on top of the bread.

Spread some green pesto on top of the mushrooms and top it with the Mozzarella cheese.

Take the Pizzaguettes to the oven and bake them for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
