Meet my Cepes, a nutty mushroom with mild taste. This wild mushroom has a amazing flavour. The season for Cepes runs from early Summer until late Autumn. Optimal results when you prepare cepes on the day you buy them. Cut off the bottom of the stalk, this is often a bit tough. Cepes can be used in hot and cold dishes. Whatever you prefer. I wok them. Mix them in a salad, risotto or sauce. Also goes well with cream cheese.
