This is our Bio Shiitake mushroom | 香菇. Full of flavour. If you remove the hard pieces from the bottom of the stalk, you can eat the rest completely. Don't make the mistake of preparing the shiitake like a mushroom. Serve the shiitake al dente.
We grow our Shiitake on raw material stems. And cut them when they are ripe.
