Candidate profile
- Pre-vocational (VMBO) / secondary vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level
- Command of the Dutch and/or English language
- Stress resistant
- Experience in the AGF branch is a plus

MitroFresh started in 2008 as a supplier of mushrooms of exotic premium quality. Today, we supply the tastiest exotic mushrooms, vegetables and fruits that nature has to offer. We provide customised packaging and palletisation solutions. We transport and distribute all over the world.

Production Worker
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing production tasks
- Inserting products on the packaging lines (bulk or piece)
- Quality check on product, packaging and label during the packaging process to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Correct labelling of products
- Working according to hygiene regulations
- Communicating problems to the machine operator in a timely manner
- Keeping the workplace and machines orderly and clean according to work instructions
- Providing requested and unrequested information to the machine operator and/or team leader on important situations related to the execution of the work, such as ensuring the continuity of the work process
- Weighing of products
- Placing various products on the packaging lines
Replacement rule:
In time of absence, the production staff replaces each other.

Job profile:
- Pre-vocational (Dutch VMBO) / secondary vocational education (Dutch MBO) working and thinking level
- Branch experience is an advantage
- Ability to perform routine work in a concentrated manner
- Sufficient communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Reasonable command of the Dutch and/or English language
