Save 1 M. red Pitahaya and cut the rest of the fruits in quarters. 

Peel the M. red Pitahaya and cut it in cubes.

Grab a small pan and add the M. red Pitahaya cubes, the 2 cinnamon sticks and the 200gr Sugar. Let the sugar melt for a couple of minutes.

Grab a big jar and put all the cutted fruits inside, squeeze 2 Limes and then add the M. red Pitahaya syrup.

Add the ice cubes, white wine, vodka and Sprite and mix it all together.
