CHOY SAM

Choy sam is a popular Chinese veggie. He is like the pak choy family of cabbage. In taste it also looks a bit like pak choy, a bit spicier, mustard-like. The structure is also similar to pak choy. Crispy, juicy, a bit more stringy. Anything from this stump can be eaten. You can buy it in the Chinese supermarket. Here you can often find 2 varieties, the short version (20 cm) and the long one (35 cm).
